Our 18th Sonex Open House and Homecoming Fly-In will be held on Sunday, July 24, the day before the official start of EAA AirVenture Oshkosh from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Pilots who fly Sonex make this event their first weekend at AirVenture, with a great opportunity to see the aircraft built by the developer, meet their owners, tour the Sonex facility and meet our staff. The event closed with a mass taxi pilot with the Sonex prototype factory at the AirVenture campus. Get more information!
A Special Place: Eaa Airventure Oshkosh At 50
Sonex will offer factory tours of our headquarters every morning, starting Tuesday July 26th through Saturday July 30th at 10am. You can drive directly to Sonex Aircraft, or RSVP to receive free transportation from Sonex to the AirVenture exhibit (return transportation to the AirVenture grounds is also provided). To register for a tour, please fill out our registration form.
Sonex is participating in the EAA Miracle Week One 2022 creating a Waiex-B series in one week per show! You can be surprised by the proposals that you can make a week, and you can also send your vote to get the drawing system. More!
Sonex will once again support a portion of the pickup lineup at AirVenture this year. All orders must be partially promoted. Due to severe weather, the Museum of Aviation will be closed to the public today (December 23). We will open normal hours on Monday, December 26, after the Christmas holiday. Road Trippin': Eaa Airventure Show In Oshkosh
May 12, 2022 - A long list of military aircraft are among the first in service at AirVenture Oshkosh 2022, many of which are coming to celebrate the Air Force's 75th anniversary this year. The 69th Congress is July 25-31 at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
Rick Larsen, President of Community Programs and Partnerships, who coordinates AirVenture's features and attractions, said, "The current military aircraft show and air show are always among the most popular parts of AirVenture Oshkosh each year, for both aviation enthusiasts and the public. . "This is just the beginning, as we look forward to expanding our list of military aircraft as we approach AirVenture's opening day, especially in support of the Air Force's 2022 anniversary."
